My name is Lou and I am a blogger and freelance writer who loves to travel, both around the UK and abroad when I get the chance! I would absolutely love to live somewhere warmer one day and my family and I really love Spain, in particular.
After my husband and I got married in 2015 we went on a month-long road trip through Spain and Portugal with our daughter (who was 3 at the time) and we absolutely adored it and hope to go back to our favourite places as soon as we can.
Sand and Sunshine is where I share my love for travel and exploring new places, as well as my best travel tips and suggestions, and travel guides to the places I have been.
I have been a blogger for over 12 years now and I write a successful lifestyle blog where I share our life, my thoughts about stuff, family life and being a parent, and I work with brands I love and share my favourite products too.
