Win a Sterling Silver Tiny Penguin Necklace from Jana Reinhardt | A Giveaway (Ended)

29 September 2022

Today I have a brilliant giveaway for you, in collaboration with Jana Reinhardt who make beautiful, handmade jewellery in the UK.

As someone who has always worn and loved jewellery I have, over the past few years changed to only buying or asking for pieces that are made of quality materials that I can wear all the time and will last.

I wear a collection of silver rings, bracelets and earrings every day and I love them all. I have built up these favourites over the last few years, and it is only on the odd occasion that I will change a pair of earrings or add a bracelet or ring to my outfit. I wear and love necklaces too, but I don’t wear one all the time.

Jana Reinhardt Jewellery

One of my newest silver rings is this lovely snake ring from Jana Reinhardt Jewellery – a UK-based, sustainable jewellery brand who hand make all of their own products. They are a lovely husband and wife team who are both qualified goldsmiths and have years of experience.

Sustainability

I love their dedication to making their business as sustainable as possible and they are always making improvements. Quite recently they stopped making gold-plated jewellery as the process is detrimental to the environment, using lots of toxic chemicals, and also because it is temporary. Instead, they make jewellery in solid silver, platinum, and 18ct and 9ct gold that will last, and all of which is recycled.

The packaging used is also 100% recycled & recyclable and all of their suppliers are Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) certified. They also plant a tree for every piece of jewellery sold!

Animal welfare

They also do loads for animals too, raising money and awareness for different animal charities, including OVAID (a charity that helps orangutans), Galgos Del Sol (which looks after greyhounds), Friends of the Earth and Keep The Ban (a charity supporting the ban on fox hunting). They also have partnerships with PETA and NAWT (National Animal Welfare Trust).

I think it’s brilliant that they are able to make everything to order so nothing is wasted, and I think they are an amazing brand to support and you can find such gorgeous and personal gifts for this Christmas if you are starting to look!

They make loads of beautiful animal-based jewellery – how cute is this Chameleon ring, and the Unicorn ring is next on my list of jewellery wants! My new snake ring is such great quality and I love how the snake wraps around your finger, whilst still being simple and sleek

The animal necklaces from Jana Reinhardt, in particular, would make such a gorgeous gift for an animal lover – there are so many to choose from, from a hummingbird to an aardvark, narwhal and greyhound, and how blooming cute is this swinging orangutan necklace!?

I, very excitingly, have the super cute penguin necklace to give away to one of my readers!

The Tiny Penguin Necklace in sterling silver is so delicate and pretty and, of course, handmade in 925 sterling silver with an adjustable chain.

The penguin is said to be a symbol of renewal and adapting to any situation, serving as a reminder to stay flexible and remain centred within yourself so that you can keep moving forward with grace and strength!
